CALISTOGA RANCH, 2019
Yedda and Allen did things completely their own way, planning a wedding that was unconventional, true to their personalities, and one big roaring party. They married in a private ceremony prior to their reception at Calistoga Ranch feeling it would be more personal and romantic, and kept the rest of their event focused on friends, delicious food, and Dom Perignon flowing. Because there’s nothing they love more than dogs, they invited all of their guests to bring their pups! The guests of honor, of course, were the couple’s own corgis, who wore matching “Our Humans Are Getting Married” bandanas for the festivities.
I couldn’t help but laugh when one of Calistoga Ranch’s goats started to eat Allen’s boutonniere. The day was full of so many welcomed surprises. Alison Events designed a coral color palette to match the lively atmosphere, with bright floral arrangements by Amanda Vidmar Design and patterned Oscar de la Renta dinnerware from Casa de Perrin adding a playful, elegant touch. Between the breathtaking wine country views, amazing speeches at dinner, and the dogs hanging out under every table, it was an unforgettable celebration that had everyone in the happiest mood. The evening ended like any epic wedding should: with a dance party in the venue’s wine cellar that lasted until four in the morning.
