Colorful Wedding at Calistoga Ranch

I absolutely adore my clients, especially when they do things their own way. Yedda and Allen made unconventional choices with many ‘firsts’ for me. To start, they chose to wed a few days before the “wedding day” in a private ceremony, just them two and a witness, no guests, and no photographer. Their wedding celebration at Calistoga Ranch started with an amazing cocktail hour, moved to an elegant five-course dining experience for their guests, followed by dancing, dancing and more dancing (that’s because Calistoga Ranch is one of the only venues that allows you to party til 2am!). The other noteworthy differences were that Yedda chose not to carry bouquets (or her bridesmaids) and since Calistoga Ranch is a dog-friendly property, they invited all of their guests to bring their furbabies. If you know me well, then you know I was in heaven! Their wedding was super playful (see goats eating boutonniere and head ramming groom), elegant and absolutely meaningful. I especially love the candid moments during dinner!
