An Evening at Promontory in Napa Valley

Last month, I co-hosted a dinner party at Promontory Winery with Jesse Tombs inviting some of the most influential event planners in the country to the event. It was the intersection where big dreams, big ideas, and meaningful relationships converged. The purpose was to bring our community closer together through a curation of thoughtfully constructed overload of the senses from sight, to taste, to touch. It’s always the unexpected moments that I hold onto the most: the bouts of rain and the fog, the conversations and the laughter, the symphony of frogs as we said goodnight. Truly a dream come true.

My gratitude runs deep. To Anne Vignaud, Promontory Wine and Meadowood Napa Valley for jumping in on this wild idea of mine and for generously hosting all the guests. To The Charter Oak for the most delicious meal and impeccable service - I think it’s safe to say we all can’t stop talking about the meal. And, to Jesse Tombs, you’re a visionary. Thank you for embracing my ‘extra’ and jumping in head first with me. I could not have asked for a better partner to bring this all to life.
